<br />man Hillburn and seconded- by AI.
<br />derman Davis that the above or-
<br />dinance be passed. The mayor then
<br />and thereupon put tlle question,
<br />and, there bei~g no dissenting vote,
<br />the mayor thereupon declared said
<br />ordinance duly passed, and ol>der-
<br />ed same entered in the minutes of
<br />the- City Council, And -the mayor,
<br />with unanim'Ous consent of the
<br />City Council, further ordered said
<br />ordinance publiShed as is required
<br />by law.
