<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />SECTION A. <br /> <br />General <br /> <br />The subdivider shall file an application with the City <br />Secretary for approval of a subdivision, which application shall <br />be accompanied by a preliminary plan, in triplicate, of the <br />proposed subdivision. The preliminary plan shall consist of a <br />drawing on tracing paper, drawn to scale of one hundred feet to one <br />inch, shall show substantially the same information a6 herein <br />required of the map or plat and shall be accompanied by the follow- <br />ing su;plementary material, <br />1. An outline of the proposed restrictions, conditions and <br />limitations, if o.ny, effecting the property covered by the plan. <br />2. A sketch of proposed improvements and a utility map showing <br />size, design and location of proposed and existing utilities in <br />said subdivision, <br />3. A genero.l development plan of the entire subdivision if <br />the subdivision is a portion of a tract later to be subdivided in <br />its entirety. <br />4. A deposit for engineering and administrative costs of $25.00 <br />and if such subdivision is not completed dlie to default on the po.rt <br />of the subdivider, the deposit sho.ll be retained by the City. <br />The plan o.nd supplementary material shall be submitted to the <br />Council by the Subdivider or his representative. Within thirty <br />(30) days after such submission, the Council shall express conditional <br />approval or disapproval of the plan; and if disapproved, the <br />Council 9hall express its disapproval in writing and give briefly <br />its reasons therefor. <br />Upon conditional approval of the plan, it shall be' submitted <br />to the City Engineer for study of the improvements and design <br />stand3rds and to the City Attorney for study as to compliance with <br />all City O=dinances. <br /> <br />5.. <br />
