( I , SECTION C. final_A.p.p..~ytl At the first regular meeting or within thirty days after the preliminary plan is conditionally approved, the final map Or plat shall be submitted to the Ccuncil with a verified surveyor's certificate placed on the map or plat showing the same to have been made from an actual and accurate survey of the land and that the corner monuments shown thereon were properly placed in the subdivision; and such map or plat shall be accompanied by the following; 1. A deed of dedication executed and acknowledged by all persons who own an interest in the land to be subdivided, which shall dedicate to public use the streets and alleys in the sub- division; 2. Duplicates of the map or plat and deed of dedication, which shall be retained by the City of future guidance; 3. Letter of certification by the City Secretary that all arrangements have been made for installation of improvements, utilities, and curbs and gutters required by this ordinance; 4. Letter of certification by the City Engineer that the improvements, utilities and curbs and gutters comply with the standards of the City; 5. Letter from the City Attorney that the subdivider has fully complied with the provisions of all ordinances of the City and State laws; and 6. Tax certificates from the City, County and School District showing all ad valorem taxes have been paid. If the Council is satisfied that the final plat is in due form and that all requirements of this ordinance have been met, the Council shall approve the map or plat and a certificate of such approval shall be placed thereon over the signature of the Mayor of the City and attested by the City Secretary. 7.
