A repres~!"rtative from the Chamber of COlnrnerce suggested for Camp Gary fqpreciation'''to be held on "uly 20th be free parking meter day. Mr. Hillburn made a motion to permit free parking on Camp Gary Appreciation Day. For want of a second to his. motion he withdrew the motion. It was brought to the attention of the Council the re-appointment of two persons to act as C:oJY1iT1issioner5 of the Housing Authorl ty for a term of two years. !dr. Hillburn made the motion to re-appoint L.
