<br />I_,~ <br />7 (' <br /> <br />~ <br />2; <br />C':l <br />O;:j <br />=:I <br /> <br />It was mutually agreed that after three months the City put in effect a <br />maintenance agreement contract with the Addressograph C;ompany fOT service on <br />the two addressograph machines in the office at the cost of $2Q',.OO per quarter. <br /> <br />The Council were all in agreement that the Allen Motor Company give a wash <br />job and check-up free on the new car if they are allowed to grease it and keep check <br />on oil changes. The City also were in agreement that a courtesy card be obtained <br />~or paying ~or the oils and greases. <br /> <br />Mrs. ,'redericka Hopkins had not been able to take her vacation for the year I <br />19'~7 before she resigned and asked that she be given pay for the vacation time. <br />The City Council were in mutually agreement to this. <br /> <br />Mrs. Carlyn Tatch waS appointed by the City Council as City Secretary and <br />Clerk of Corporation Court to commence work on August 5, 1957, at a salary of <br />One Hundred Eighty-Five Dollars ($lG5.00) per month. <br /> <br />There being no further business to discuss, the meeting adjourned at 4:30 P. M. <br /> <br />The foregoing and above minutes is a true and correct record of all matters <br />transpiring at the regular meeting held on July 30, 1957. <br /> <br /> <br />S. R.
