Ezell Addition to the City of <br /> <br />San Marcos, according to the map or plat of said addition <br />recorded in Volume 28, page 54, of the Deed Records of <br />Hays County, Texas, the portions of said streets and <br />alleys hereby closed and vacated being described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(a) Harold Street, beginning at its intersection <br />with the west line of North Austin Street, and thence <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />in a westerly direction to its interseotion with the <br />east line of Russell Street; <br />(b) Russell Street, beginning at its intersection <br />with the South line of Harold Street and thence running <br /> <br />south to the end of Russell Street; <br />(0) Gosdin Street, beginning at its intersection <br /> <br />with the south line of Harold Street, and thence running <br />south to the end of Gosdin street; <br />(d) State Street, beginning at its intersection <br /> <br />withthe east line of Russell Street and thence running <br /> <br />in an easterly direction to its intersection with the <br /> <br />west Une of Gosdin Street, EXCEPT, however, that any <br />,)art ion of State Street which is now included within <br />the boundaries of Pickard Street is not hereby closed <br />or vacated, and the same shall remain open for the public <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />use. <br /> <br />(e) '::Che a Hey between Block Four (4) and <br />Block Five (5) of said addition; the alley between Block <br />Six (6) and Block Seven (7) of said addition; the alley <br />between Block Three (3) and Block Two (2) of said addition; <br />th8 alley between Block Two (2) and Block One (1) of <br />said addition; and the alley or street (sometimes heretofore <br />
