He recomm2nded <br />installing weirs and recorders on the overflow line from the lift station on <br />thE? S21n [i.~_al'CC5 ~-tiver' aild the discbargo line from the disposal plant to the <br />Blanco Rivex. Through correla.ti.,on and study of tLe ir:formation from the chart5 <br />and reGOrder5~ the actual amount of flow could be determined.
