<br />B..E.,22b1!112t!. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />-i.6~r <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcoscwi11 contract for improvements <br />and alterations to the sewage lift station and the sewage <br />disposal plant; ~nd <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos has investigated and ascertained <br />the wages paid locally for laborers, workmen and mechanics for <br />specific types of labor, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in conformity with applicable State statutes, the City <br />now desires to prescribe the wages to be paid for certain classi- <br />fications of labor. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Governing Body of the City <br />of San Marcos that in accordance with the provisions of applicable <br />State statutes, the City has ascertained that the following wage <br />~._~-.r.a:tes.~peLdiem..<ln<i..:p.er_.hour, for each craft or type of workman or <br />mechanic needed i~ the improvements and alterations to the sewage <br />lift station and, sewage disposal plant now prevail in the locality <br />in which this work is to be performed.
