<br />that while this is not a goad policy, it had been done in -the past and asked

<br />to use hIs own discretion in such ma~ters in the future.

<br />his office and discussed the parki~g of the traileJ~s. l~ was the City
<br />Manager's opinion that some type of sewage disposa: would be required to
<br />accornmoQate the sanitary fixTures in "~he trailcl's. Aftel' /v'ir. Calmes visit,
<br />the City .3anita.:rian had dug test boles to deter-mine if a llgopher holelt type
<br />of disposal would be adequate. The tests indicated insufficient absorption.
<br />Cj. ty f,.,';anagel' Fuller stated that ;18 l/oJ3S of the opinion the solution INould be
<br />to install a shallow sewer line witl, risers spotted between the estimated
<br />parking place or the trailers, and -to con:1ect this line to the sanitary
<br />sewer. Approximate cost of installation of the line would be $200.00-$250.00.
<br />The City i;;ianager stated, if the Council approved the installation of the line,
<br />each trailer connecting would be charged a rate of $2.00 for ',he five (5) day
<br />period to defray partial cost of the installation. The Council unanimously
<br />approved the insi:allation 2.S outlined and -fixed the charges for connection at
<br />50~ per day or $2,00 for ehe five (S) day period.

<br />The r..'layor brought to ~he Council ~s attention that curbings at the City
<br />Cemetel'Y are no-~ of :lniYOl'm height, thus making mowing or the cemetery quite
<br />difficult. Mayor Allen stated that he would cont2ct menmers or the Cemetery
<br />Organization to determine their opinion on curbings, and he would report
<br />their decision to the Council at a later me~ting.
