<br />both principal and interest on warrants 6 ~ 10 inclusive, 16 - 20 inclu-
<br />sive, 26 - 30 inclusive, 36 - 40 inclusive 46 - 50 inclusive payable at
<br />the State Bank ~ Trust Company, ~an Marcos, Texas; interest payable
<br />upon presentation of warrant and principal payable upon presentation and
<br />SUrrender of warrant, without exchange or collection charges to the
<br />owner Or holder; and the City Treasurer is hereby authorized ordered
<br />and directed to pay to bearer at said bank, the said sum of One Thousand
<br />Dollars ($1,000.00), on or before the 15th day of , 19 ,
<br />the date of maturity of this warrant in full settlement of the indebt-
<br />edness hereby evidenced, from the "Sewage Disposal Plant Improvement
<br />Warrant Fund" of said City, levied, assessed and created for that purpose.

<br />This warrant is one of a series of 50 warrants, numbered consecu-
<br />tively from 1 to 50 inclusive, in the denomination of One Thousand
<br />~l,OOO.OO)Dollars each, aggregating Fifty Thousand ($50,000.00) Dollars,
<br />issued for the purpose of evidencing the indebtedness of the City of
<br />San Marcos, Texas, incurred in the payment of sewage disposal plant
<br />improvements for the City, under and by virtue of the Constitution and
<br />Laws of the State of Texas, and in pursuance of an ordinance passed by
<br />the City Council of the City of San Marcos, which ordinance is recorded
<br />in the Minutes of said City Council.

<br />The date of this warrant, in conformity with said ordinance, is
<br />April 15, 1959.
<br />
<br />AND IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED AND RECITED that all acts, conditions, and
<br />things required to be done precedent to and in the issuance of this
<br />warrant, have been properly done, have happened and been performed in
<br />regular and due time, form and manner, as provided by law, and that the
<br />total indebtedness of said City, including this warrant, does not exceed
<br />any constitutional or statutory limitation.

<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the City of San Marcos, Texas, has caused the
<br />corporate seal of said City to be affixed hereto, and this warrant to be
<br />signed by its Mayor, countersigned by its City Secretary, and registered
<br />by its City Treasurer, as of the 15th day of April, 1959.
