<br />of the election precincts of said city, which posting shall be done not less than 30 days prior to date fixed for
<br />said election.
<br />That immediately after said election is held, the officers holding the same shall make returns of the result
<br />thereof to the City Council/~ of this city as required by the Election Code of this state.
