I I t I I 1 /7 I Body of 3aid City; but the said acceptance is in all things subject to the terms and provisions of the Uniform Subdivision Ordinance of this City, as adopted and enacted June 26, 1957, recorded Vol. 21, page 58A, Minutes of the Meetings of the Governing Body of the City of San Marcos, and the said ordinance is here now referred to and incor- porated herein and made a part hereof by reference; and this action of the Governing Body is cumulative of the ordinance authorizing the Mayor to approve said plat of said subdivision, the signature of the Mayor as approving said plat being affixed to said plat on the date of March 12, 1959, and the said ordinance is recorded in Vol. page -' said Minutes, and the said ordinance is here now referred to and incorporated herein and made a part I hereof by reference, and the said action of Mayor C. M. Allen in affixing his official signature to said map or plat is here now in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. ,t A motion was duly made and seconded that the ordinance above quoted do pass; and the said motion having been put to a vote was unanimously carried, all present voting "AYE", and the adoption of the motion carrying with it the adoption of said ordinance. It having been made to appear to the Governing Body of the City of San Marcos that the said map or plat, deed of dedica- tion, and certificate of the surveyor have all been filed with the Clerk of this City, and that all prerequisites of the law and of the Uniform Subdivision Ordinance of the City have been complied . with, the above and foregoing ordinance is read, duly considered. and passed by a unanimous vote of the members of the Governing Body present on this the 8th day of March, 1960; whereupon the Mayor ordered the said ordinance entered of record in the minutes.
