<br />C' <br /> <br />..:. <br /> <br />,;2.038 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />It is hereby certified, recited, and represented that all <br />acts, conditions and things necessary to be done precedent to and in <br />the issuance of this warrant have been properly done, have happened, <br />and been performed in regular and due time, form, and manner, as required <br />by law; that the faith and credit of said City are hereby irrevocably <br />pledged for the prompt payment of the principal and interest of this <br />warrant at maturity; that due provision has been made for levying and <br />collecting from utility income during the current year a sufficient <br />amount to pay the principal and interest on this warrant at maturity; <br />and the issue of warrants, of which this is one, together with all <br />other indebtedness of said City, is within every debt and other limit <br />prescribed by the Constitution and Laws of the State of Texas. <br /> <br />IN WITNES~ WHEREOF, the Board of Aldermen of the City of San <br />Marcos, Texas, has caused the seal of said City to be hereto affixed and <br />this warrant to be signed by the Mayor, countersigned by the City Sec- <br />retary, and registered by the City Treasurer.
