pzo.3 p-- I It is hereby certified, recited, and represented that all acts, conditions and things necessary to be done precedent to and in the issuance of this warrant have been properly done, have happened, and been performed in regular and due time, form, and manner, as required by law; that the faith and credit of said City are hereby irrevocably pledged for the prompt payment of the principal and interest of this warrant at maturity; that due provision has been made for levying and collecting by taxation during the current year a sufficient amount to pay the principal and interest on this warrant at maturity; and the issue of warrants, of which this is one, together with all other indebt- edness of said City, is within every debt and other limit prescribed by the Constitution and Laws of the ~tate of Texas. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Board of Aldermen of the City of San Marcos, Texas, has caused the seal of said City to be hereto affixed and this warrant to be signed by the Mayor, countersigned by the City Secretary, and registered by the City Treasurer.
