Fuller: <br /> <br />The clty has given us permission to use a strip of <br />land 20 feet in wldth, from our business, across the <br />Library property, to Hutchlnson Street, to enable us to <br />have access to our business from Hutchinson Street. We <br />understand our right to the use of this strlp of land 1s <br />permissive only. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />We are willing to pay the expense of preparing the <br />land so as to make it suitable for traffic, but request <br />that the equlpment, labor, material and supervisidn needed <br />to place the land In condition for use be furnished by the <br />clty at our expense.
