O. Meiners First Suburban Addition to the <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, in Hays County, Texas, recorded in Volume 89, <br /> <br />page 289 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and also shown <br /> <br />in Volume 88, page 387 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas; and <br /> <br />Whereas said property is not now used as an alley and Charles <br /> <br />A. Zunker Claims the ownership of all property on all sides of said <br /> <br />alley; and <br /> <br />Whereas the City of San Marcos does not desire to maintain <br /> <br />said property as an alley and the said Charles A. Zunker has requested <br /> <br />that the same be closed. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the governing body of the <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />City of ::ian Marcos, that the following described real iJroperty, which <br /> <br />constitutes an alley, be, and the same is 'hereby, closed. The property <br /> <br />constituting said alley is described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at an iron pipe at the ~outh corner of Lot 9 of the <br /> <br />W. C. Meiners' First ~uhurban Addition to the City of jan Marcos, Texas, <br /> <br />Gnd the East corner of an 18-foot alley in accordance with plats on <br /> <br />TeGord in Volume 89, page 289 and Volume 88, page 387, of the Deed <br /> <br />Records of Hays County, Texas, and Lots 9, 8, and 7 were conveyed by <br /> <br />Olga Feltner, a widow, Individually, as Independent Executrix of the <br /> <br />Will and Estate of A. C. Feltner, deceased, to Charles A. Zunker by <br /> <br />deed of date April 26, 1948, and of record in Volume 141, pages 70-72 <br /> <br />of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and on a northwest line of <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />a 6.66 aeTe tract of land conveyed by F. C. Davis, etux, to Charles <br /> <br />A. Zunker by deed of date May 31, 1946, and of record in Volume 135, <br /> <br />pages 34-37 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and from which <br /> <br />point an Elm tree, 20 inches in diameter, bears S 310 38' E. 138.6 <br /> <br />feet and a Mesquite tree, 8 inches in diameter, bears N. 820 13' W. <br /> <br />38.7 feet; <br />
