<br />Minutes <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />October 11, 1960 <br /> <br />~ <br />::0 <br />~ <br />(';l <br />t::l <br /> <br />The San Marcos Cemetary Association requested the Mayor and <br />members of the City Council to designate certain unsold portions of <br />the cemetery for sale only to those interested in perpetual care. <br />In the absence of an association representative the Mayor asked that <br />the Association be notified to present to the Council recommendations <br />on the sections to be set aside. Upon receipt of the recommendation <br />Cuullcil will again consider the proposal. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Alderman Korff requested the Council consider adequate <br />transportation for the City Manager. Alderman Tuttle suggested <br />that a transportation allowance be allowed and the City Manager <br />furnish his own transportation. After much discussion regarding <br />the merits of both methods, the Mayor said the City Manager shOUld <br />use the transportation as though it were his own. The Council <br />unaminously authorized the City Manager to purchase transportation <br />of his choice as soon as possible. <br /> <br />There being no further business the Council, on motion, <br />adjou~ned at 3120 P.
