Coffield Addition from the north right-of-way line of Concho Street to the south right-of- way line of an unnamed alley (referred to as E. Woods Street), and more particularly described as follows: I BEGINNING at a point, which point is S. 820 00' W. 168.28 feet from the southeast corner of Block 5 of the H. B. Coffield Addition; and, THENCE north 80 02' west 277.91 feet to a point in the south right-of-way line of an unnamed alley (referred to as East Woods Street); and, THENCE south 810 24' west 46.92 feet along the south right- of-way line of said unnamed alley to a point; and, THENCE south 90 14' east 118.80 feet to a point, being the northeast corner of Block 6 of the H. B. Coffield Addition; and, THENCE south 810 17' west 4.92 feet to a point; and, THENCE south 80 00' east 158.92 feet to a point, which is the southeast corner of Block 6 of the H. B. Coffield Addition; and, THENCE north 820 00' east a distance of 49.30 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. The State of Texas shall be, and it is hereby, I authorized to physically close the above described portion of Albemarle Street. Section 3. The Mayor of the City of San Marcos shall be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver a deed of conveyance, conveying unto the State of Texas, for the use and benefit of Southwest Texas State College, all of the right, title and interest of this City in and to the above described portion of Albemarle Street.
