Allen . in my capacity as Mayor of San Marcos , Texas, do hereby order that an election be held in said City on the April ,1961 ,for the purpose of electing the day of following officials for said city: 4th 2 Aldermen2 MAYOR2 ~ (Number ot) That in accordance with an order adopted by the City Counciljr.Xdlillir.lliifilXof said City, said election shall be held at the folIowing plaCeA- in said City, and the folIowing named persons are hereby appointed officers for said election. In Election Precinct No. 10 , at Library Building, in said City, with Jack Kerchville as Presiding Judge, as Judge, and I and In Election Precinct No. 11 , Clerks. , at County Barm Building, in said City, with Frank Taylor as PresIding Judge, as Judge, and and , Clerks. 2 In Election Precinct No. 12 , at Court !:louse Building, in said City, with Mrs. A. F. Weatherford as Presiding Judge, as Judge, and and , Clerks.2 In Election Precinct No. 13 , at City Hall Building, in said City, with Dare Williams as Presiding Judge, as Judge, and and , Clerks. 2 I That said election shall be held in accordance with the Election Code of this state and only resident qualified voters of said city shall be eligible to vote at said election. That the City Secretary JD[IltlfXshall give notice of said election by posting a copy of this order in each of the election precincts of said city, which posting shall be done not less than 30 days prior to date fixed for said election. That immediately after said election is held, the officers holding the same shall make returns of the result thereof to the City Council~ of this city as required by the Election Code of this state.
