./ "' - RESOLUTION 1Nhereas, at no time prior to the original election of his honor the Mayor of San Marcos, C. M. Allen and the securement of Mr. B. R. Fulier's services as City }~ager has the business of the City of San Marcos Iconducted on a more efficient, progressive, far-sighted and ethical than has been true since the aforementioned occurrences and, \\1hereas, By their overwhelming and record breaking vote returning been plane Eayor Allen to office recently, the citizens of San }furcos have clearly indicated their approval of Mayor Allen and his previous council and their previous policies and, vfuereas, it is the express desire of this organization that the current city council not undertake to destroy that which has been gained through the efforts of Mayor Allen and his previous city council. Be it therefore resolved by this organization that the Honorable C. M. Allen, Mayor of the City of San Marcos be apprised of his complete support by this organization as represented by this Board of Directors and I also of the complete support by this organization of V'1I'. B. R. ?''uller, City . Manager and of his judgement in matters under his supervision, ifiscal and otherwise and of those policies fiscal and otherwise which havel been followed ! in past years by Mayor C. M. Allen and his previous city counci~ and which are now proposed to the new city council. Be it further resolved that it be suggested to the new city council i that they uphold the policies established under Mayor C. M. All~n and the previous city council.
