9~ <br />RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, the General Services Administration has notified <br />the City of San Marcos that the National Fish Hatchery, San Marcos, Texas, <br />has surplus property available for park and recreational purposes; and, <br />WHEREAS, this property is adjacent to other park and recreational <br />property and the City has need for such property; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council authorized its City Manager, <br />B. R. Fuller, to file an application dated 19 February 1962 for `the <br />area described as William Green Tract 7a and B of the Veremendi League <br />No 1, as shown on map dated October 3, 1961 by Francis V. Olson. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BF IT RESOLVED that the City Manager was <br />authorized to make said application; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that he is authorized to make payment <br />in the amount of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00), or so much thereof <br />as is required, for the said tract above described and more particually <br />described in the application, bearing the General Service Administration <br />Identification I-Tex-4g4-A. <br />PASS AND APPROVED this 13th day of March p.
