VERAMENDI NO.2 SURVEY, CITY OF SAN MARCOS, HAYS COUNTY, TEXASr AND BEING PAHT OF 'I'HAT 29.70 ACRE TRACT OF' LAND CONVEYED '1'0 ROBERT LOVELACE BY DEED DATED JULY I, 1971 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 264, PAGE 7"/0 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS AND IS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING at an iron rod for the westerly north corner of this tract and the west corner of that 0.5 acre tract conveyed to J. Peacock and recorded in Volume 231, Page 241 of the Hays County Deed Records and on the southeast terminus of a roadway that may be described in Volume 163, Page 254 of the Hays County Deed Records from which an iron pipe found for the south corner of that tract conveyed by Leroy Wood to Robert Gaertner by deed datèd June 29, 1974 and recorded in Volume 259, Page 843 of the Hays County Deed Records bears N42°19'E approximately 10 feet; 'l'HENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNING as shown on that plat numbered 87 filed in the office of James E. Byrn and Associates of San Marcos, Texas, with the common line of this tract and the abovereferenced Peacock tract the following three courses: 1. S46°261E 120.11 feet to an iron rod, 2. N43°35'E 181.5l feet to an iron rod, and 3. N46°261W 119.56 feet to a point in the southeast line of the Wood to Gaertner tract¡ THENCE with the common line of the VJood to Gaertner tract and that 7.12 acre tract conveyed by H. B. Milligan to Robert Gaertner by deed dated July 6, 1973 and recorded in Volume 259, Page 236 of the Hays County Deed Records the follwoing two courses: 1. N43°45'E 64.58 feet, and 2. N43°32'E 362.62 feet to an iron pipe for the north corner of this tract and a west corner of that 45.1 acre tract conveyed to Lewis Dobie, et ux, by deed recorded in Volume l58, Page 80 of the Hays County Deed Records; THENCE leaving the Gaertner tract with the common line of the Dobie tract S45°31'E 655.95 feet to an iron rod for the north corner of that tract conveyed to R. T. Hill by deed dated March 31, 1967 and recorded in Vo1wne 216, Page 443-448 of the Hays County Deed Records; THENCE with the common line of the Hill tract the following two courses: 1. S44°051W 640.87 feet, and 2. S44°141W 723.43 feet to an iron rod for the south corner of this tract and the west corner of the Hill tract and on the northeast line of that tract conveyed to L. J. Vinyard by deed dated Decenwer 5, 1949 and recorded in Volume 145, Page 123 of the Hays County Deed Records; THENCE leaving the Hill tract with the common Vinyard line N45°33'W 652.60 feet to an iron rod for the west corner of this tract and the north corner of the Vinyard tract being on the southeast line of that 16.15 acre tract conveyed to the Great Southwestern Medical Center, Inc. by deed recorded in Volume 243, Page 624 of the Hays County Deed Records; Page 1 of EXHIBIT "B"
