<br />ARTICLE IV.
<br />SIiJCTION 8.
<br />(a) This subsection is deleted in its entirety and a ~,sub-
<br />section substituted therefor as follows:
<br />(a) No. persqn ,shall '.eng~ge in the business of contracting for,
<br />inst!llling, altering or repairing any electrical work within ;th.e
<br />City of San Marcos, .or :any area regulated by this OrdinAt1ce,

<br />inafter specified, except, as may otherwise be set out here-

<br />(b) There shall be added to this Subsection the following:
<br />Each person' desiring a Journeyman Electrician's' License
<br />as hereinafter specified, shall make a written applic~tion for
<br />and pass an examination approved by the Electric,l Board
<br />and shall ~ay the City of San Marcos an annual fee of Five
<br />Dollars (~5.00) for the first year or fractiOn the.eaf and
<br />Five Dollars ($5.00). for each succeeding year for: the re-
<br />newal of said license, '

<br />National Electrical Code, this Ordinance and sueh o.the.
<br />recognized requirements' pertaining to electrical work as
<br />shall be required by the Electrical Board: A grad.. of 75%
