Worrell, being the undersugned executing this certificate, <br />hereby certify that I am the legal custodian of the records of the City <br />of San Marcos, and I do hereby further certify that the above and foregoing <br />is a true and correct copy of the notification to election officials, <br />together with a duly certified copy of a Special Urban Renewal Election <br />Ordinance which was made a part of said notification, which was delivered <br />to the election officials for the Special Urban Renewal Election in the <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, on August 18, 1962; and I further certify that <br />the above and foregoing return on notice by the Deputy Chief of Police of <br />the City of San Marcos is a true and correct copy of same showing that said <br />notifications to serve as election officials in said election were delivered <br />to the election officials on August 18, 1962, and that the election notice, <br />a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto, was posted at the <br />City Hall and other polling places on August 18, 1962. <br /> <br /> <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br /> <br />BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority in and for said county and state <br />on this day personally appeared Dorothy O.
