Younger, jr. day of following officials for said city: the City of 2nd San Marcos, Texas Apr il , 'llllltill, do hereby order that an election be held in said City on the 19~, for the purpose of electing the T'1o (Number ot) Aldermen" MAYOR" and 'fWO~ That in accordance with an order adopted by the City Council/f:l'l~ of said City, said election shall be held at the following plac~ in said City, and the following named persons are hereby appointed officers for said election. In Election Precinct No. 10 , at the LJ.brary Building, in said City, with Mrs. J.R. Thornton as Presiding Judge, Mrs. Jack Wood as Judge, and Mrs. Marion McGee 'I and Mr. Jack Kercheville In Election Precinct No. 11 , Clerks. at the County Barn WllHtllp' in said City, with Mr. Frank Taylor as Presiding Judge, Mrs. Henry Bales as Judge, and Miss Lola Petty and Mr. Mike Rov Guerrero , Clerks." I That said election shall be held in accordance wi th the Election Code of this state IInd only resident qualified voters of said city shall be eligible to vote at said election. That the City Secretary/~l shalI give notice of said election by posting a copy of this order in each of the election precincts of said city, which posting shall be done not less than 30 days prior to date fixed for said election. That immediately after said election is held, the officers holding the same shall make returns of the result thereof to the City Council/~ximt' of this city as required by the Election Code of this state.
