I (..., CONSENT TO MEETING WE, the undersigned members of the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, hereby consent to the conduct of a Special Meeting of said Governing Body, to be held on the 5th day of February, 1963, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. at the regular meeting place for the purpose of considering the following: I 1. Consideration of an ordinance provided by the provisions of Article 4436 ReST requiring the owner or occupant of any lot or lots to keep them free from stagnant water, filth, carrioo, weeds, brush, rubbish, or other impure, unsightly matter of any kind (See copy attached). 2. Application for grant to acquire Open Space Land Program No. TEX OS-I. 3. Notice from Mr. Paul Rogers of an increase in the amount of rent paid by the City for the Golf Course (See copy attached). 4. The Chapel of San Marcos, owned by Mr. Kenneth Weatherford, has requested to be added to the ambulance list. 5. The Texas Water Pollution Control Board Permit No. 10273. 6. Land at the Sewer Disposal Plant used for grazing purposes. 7. Fire Prevention and Engineering Bureau recommendations to extend existing fire limits to the West (See letter attached). 8.
