Younger, jr <br /> <br />, Mayor, Pro-Tem <br /> <br />Wm. L. Moore, M.D. <br /> <br />AIderman~ <br /> <br />Rube n Ru iz <br /> <br />, Alderman~X <br /> <br />H.Garland Stokes <br /> <br />, Alderman' <br /> <br />Lee Swift <br /> <br />, Alderman' <br /> <br />, Alderman' <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Dorothy O. Worrell <br /> <br />, City Secretary~ <br /> <br />and the following absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />, constituting a quorum, and <br /> <br />among other proceedings had were the following: <br /> <br />Alderman/~~nifif~~i: <br /> <br />Stokes <br /> <br />introduced a resolution and order <br /> <br />and moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by AIderman/~~~ Ruiz <br /> <br />and the motion carrying with it the adoption of the resolution and order prevailed by the following vote, <br /> <br />AYES: Four <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />The resolution and order are as follows: <br /> <br />Whereas the laws of the State of Texas provide that the next ensuing first Tuesday in April, there shall <br /> <br />be elected the following officials for this city: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />MAYOR' <br /> <br />Two A.lderman' <br />(Number of) <br /> <br />~l!HiOOOOOOfX <br /> <br />Whereas the laws of the State of Texas further provide that the Election Code of the State of Texas is <br /> <br />applicable to said election, and in order to comply with said Code, an order should be passed establishing <br /> <br />the procedure to be followed in said election, and designating the voting place for said election. <br />
