Number 2. The oreo of land herein annexed being described as a strip af land 300.0 feet wide, 150.0 feet each side of and parallel to the reference line of Interstate Highway 35, said reference line being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the aforementioned reference line, ot survey station 996+00.5 thereof, said point also being in the present South City Limits Line of the City of San Morcos, Texas, said South City Limits Line being on the north line of Redwood Rood, and, I THENCE, S. 44046' West, with said reference line of Interstate 35, o distance of 56.1 feet to the P.C. of 0 0030' reference line curve to the left; and, THENCE, in 0 southwesterly direction, continuing along said reference line along a curve of 11,459.2 foot radius, an arc distance of 126.7 feet to the P. T. of said curve at reference line survey station 997+83.23. THENCE, S. 44008' West, further continuing along said reference line, o distance of 1962.77 feet to the proposed South City Limits Line of the City of San Marcos, Texas, for the end of the strip of land herein described, said point of ending being at reference line survey stotion 1017+46, said point of ending also bea,.; S. 4SO East, a distonce of 150.0 feet from the south corner I of the R.G.
