<br />BEGINNING at the North corner of the said Lot 8, Block 3, for the North corner
<br />of the tract herein described, same being at the intersection of the West line
<br />of Peques Street with the South line of a 20 foot Right of Way, all as shown by

<br />THENCE, leaving the said 20 foot Right of Way, with the West line of the said
