For' East Bound Traffic <br /> <br />From Station 0+50 to Station 11+70 (Southeast City <br />Limit of San Marcos) a distance of .212 mile, <br />a maximum speed of 35 miles per hour. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />For West Bound Traffic <br /> <br />From Station 11+70 (Southeast City Limit of San <br />Marcos to Station 0+-50 a dis tance of .212 mNe, <br />a maximum speed of 35 miles per hour. <br /> <br />SECTION 3 Every person convicted of a violation of any provision <br />of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall <br />be punished by a fine of not les s than One Dollar ($1. 00) and not more than <br />Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00). <br /> <br />SECTION 4 Each and every provlslOn, paragraph, sentence and <br />clause of this ordinance has been separately considered and passed by the <br />City Council and each said provision would have been separately passed <br />without any other provision, and if any provision thereof Should be ineffective, <br />invalid, or unconstitutional for any cause, it shall not impair or affect <br />the remaining portion or any other part thereof, but the valid portion shall <br />be enforced just as if it had been passed alone. <br /> <br />SECTION 5 All ordinances or resolutions or parts thereof in <br />conflict herewith are hereby repealed insofar as they conflict with this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 6 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect on <br />and after its adoption and publication as prOVided by law and shall continue <br />in effect until rescinded by the Governing Body of the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas. <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this the 20th day of August, <br />A.
