R.' Thornton as Presiding Judge, and <br />Mrs. Jack Wood as Alternate Presiding Judge, and <br />said Presiding Judge shall appoint the necessary clerks to assist him which shaH not exceed ~ clerks.' <br /> <br />In EJection Precinct No. 11 , at County Barn Building, <br />in said City, with Mrs. Henry Bales as Presiding Judge, and <br />Miss Lola Petty as Alternate Presiding Judge, and <br />said Presiding Judge shall appoint the necessary clerks to assist him which shaH not exceed ~ clerks.' <br /> <br />In Election Precinct No. <br />in said City, with <br /> <br />12 at Court House Building, <br />Mrs. A.F.' Weatherford as Presiding Judge, and <br />Mrs. Harold Gosdin as Alternate Presiding Judge, and <br />said Presiding Judge shall appoint the necessary clerks to assist him which shall not exceed ----2- clerks.' <br /> <br />In Election Precinct No. <br />in said City, with <br /> <br />13 at City Ha 11 Building, <br />Mrs. C.M: Waldrip as Presiding Judge, and <br />Mrs. WIn. Sherrill as Alternate Presiding Judge, and <br />said Presiding Judge shall appoint the necessary clerks to assist him which shall not exceed ---2- clerks.' <br />George Reed is hereby appointed Clerk <br />for absentee voting, and Mrs. Nell Moran ; s lml1 <br />'Al.I~ hereby appointed Deputy Cler for absentee voting. The absentee voting for the above designated <br />election shall be held at . <br />within said City and said place of absentee voting shall remain open for at least eight hours on each day for <br />absentee voting which is not a Saturday, a Sunday, or an official State holiday, beginning on the 20th day <br />and continuing through the 4th day preceding the date of said election.
