<br />(11 <br /> <br />MI ORDINMlCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECT IONS OF AN <br />"ORDINANCE APPOINTING CERTAIN CITY OFFICIALS..." <br />ADOPTED ON THE 9TH DAY OF APRIL, A.D., 1963 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain changes have occurred in personnel employed by <br /> <br />the.:City of San Marcos and changes in duty assignment; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed in the best interest of the City of <br /> <br />San Marcos to amend certain sections of an Ordinance Passed, <br /> <br />Approved and Adopted on the 9th day of April, A.D. 1963. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, as follows I <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The name of Albert Holguin is deleted from <br /> <br />Section 1 of the referenced Ordinance as "Treasurer" and the <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />name of (Mrs.) Joyce C. Porter is substituted therefor. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
