<br /> <br />l/f~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE <br />ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING RULES <br />AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE APPROVAL <br />AND REQUIREMENTS OF PLATS OF SUBDIVISIONS <br />......" ETC., APPROVED ON THE 26th DAY OF <br />JUNE, A.D. 1957; BY CHANGING AND/OR DELETING <br />CERTAIN ARTICLES; AND, FIXING AN EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the City Council <br />that it is deemed necessary and to the best interest of the City to amend <br />the present Subdivision Ordinance by deleting certain Articles and/or <br />Sections; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council, after due deliberation, considers the amend- <br />ing ot the ordinance to be in the City's best interest. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City <br />ot San Marcos, Texas, that: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />The Subdivision Ordinance of the City of <br />San Marcos, Texas, adopted on the 26th <br />day ot June, A. D. 1957, is hereby amended <br />as follows: <br /> <br />ARTICLE V, Section A, delted in its entirety; <br /> <br />ARTICLE V, Section D, deleted in its entirety; <br /> <br />ARTICLE V, Section E, delted in its entirety; <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />ARTICLE V, Section F, deleted in its entirety; <br /> <br />ARTICLE VII, deleted in its entirety; <br /> <br />ARTICLE VIII, deleted in its entirety; <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be in full torce and effect <br />on and after the date ot its passage. <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July, A.
