It is hereby certified, recited, and represented that all acts, conditions and things necessary to be' done precedent to and in the issuance of this warrant have been properly done, have happened and been performed in regular and due time, form and manner, as required by law; that the faith and credit of said City are hereby irrevocably pledged for the prompt payment of the principal and interest of this warrant at maturity; that due provision has been made for levying and collecting by taxation during the current year, a sufficient amount ty pay the principal and interest on this warrant at maturity; and the is sue of warrants, of which this is one, together with all other indebtedness of said City, is within every debt and other limit pre- scribed by the Constitution and Laws of the State of Texas. I IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, has caused the seal of said City to be affixed and this warrant to be signed by the Mayor, countersigned by the City Secretary, and registered by the City Treasurer. That the principal and interest of each of said warrants be paid out of the current revenues for the fiscal year, 1964-65. I 5.
