F 'Weatherford as Presiding Judge, and <br />Mrs. Erna A. Gosdin as Alternate Presiding Judge, and <br />said Presiding JUdge shall appoint the necessary clerks to assist him which shall not exceed _ clerks.' <br /> <br />In Election Precinct No. 13 at the City Ha II Building, <br />in said City, with Mrs. C. M. 'Wa I dr i p as Presiding Judge, and <br />Mrs. R. J. Po I r ard as Alternate Presiding Judge, and <br />said Presiding Judge shaH appoint the necessary clerks to assist him which shall not exceed _ clerks.' <br />George Reed is hereby appointed Clerk <br />for absentee voting, and and <br />are hereby appointed Deputy Qlerks fOI: absentee voting. The absentee voting for the above designated <br />election shaU be held at C I t y H a I I <br />within said City and said place of absentee voting shall remain open for at least eight hours on each day for <br />absentee voting which is not a Saturday, a Sunday, or an official State holiday, beginning on the 20th day <br />and continuing through the ~th day preceding the date of said election.
