Williamson Third Addition of <br />record in Volume 59, page 545, Hays County Deed Records,boundedon <br />its Southwest side by Lot No. 248 of said addition, on its Northwest <br />side by Clyde Street, on its Northeast side by Lot No. 249 of said <br />addition, and on its Southeast side by Block No.4 of the F. P.Dannelly <br />Addition, map of said latter addition being of record in Volume W, page <br />405, Hays County Deed Records. (2) That portion of Nevada Avenue, <br />as shown on said map of the Z. Williamson Third Addition, bounded on <br />its Southwest side by Lot No. 254 of said addition, on its Northwest <br />side by said Clyde Street, on its Northeast side by Lot No. 255 of <br />said addition, and on its Southeast side by said Block No.4 of the <br />F. P. Dannelly Addition. (3) That portion of Blanco Street, as shown <br />on said map of the F. P. Dannelly Addition, bounded on its Southwest <br />side by Lot No. l in Block No.3 of said F. P. Dannelly Addition, on <br />its Northwest side by Lot No. 258 of said Z. Williamson 3rd Addition, <br />on its Northeast side by Perkins Street, and on its Southeast side by <br />a line running N. 45000' E. from the most Northern corner of Lot No. <br />1 in Block No.2 of said F. P. Dannelly Addition for ten varas to the <br />Southwest line of said Perkins Street. (4) All of Cedar Street, as <br />shown on said map of the F. P. Dannelly Addition. (5) That portion of <br />Center Street, as shown on said map of the F. P. Dannelly Addition, <br />bounded on the Southwest side by Lot No.1 in Block No.4 of said F. <br />P. Dannelly Addition, on its Northwest side by Lot No. 253 of said Z. <br />Williamson Third Addition, on its Northeast side by Lot No. 6 in Block <br />No.3 of said F. P. Dannelly Addition, and on its Southeast side by <br />said Cedar Street. (6) That portion of South Street, as shown on said <br />uap of the F. P. Dannelly Addition, bounded on its Northwest side by <br />Lo~ No. 247 of said Z. Williamson Third Addition, on its Northeast <br />side by Lot No.6 in Block No.4 of said F. P. Dannelly Addition, on <br />its Southeast side by a line running S. 450 00' W. from the most <br />Southern corner of Lot No.6 in Block No.4 of the F. P. Dannelly <br />Addition for nine varas to the Southwest line of said F. P. Dannelly <br />Addition, and on its Southwest side by the Southwest line of said F. <br />P. Dannelly Addition. (7) That portion of Delmar Street, as shown on <br />the map of the Westover Addition of record in Volume 59, page 184-5, <br />Hays County Deed Records, bounded on its Southeast side by Lots Nos. <br />400 through 403 of said Westover Addition, on its Northeast side by <br />a line running N. 440 58' W. from the most northern corner of Lot No. <br />403 of the Westover Addition fifty feet to a point in the Southwest <br />line of an 8.7 foot alley as shown on said map of the Westover Addition, <br />on its Northwest side by said Southwest line of said 8.7 foot alley, <br />and on its Southwest side by Girard Avenue. (8) That 8.7 foot alley, <br />as shown on said map of the Westover Addition, bounded on its South- <br />west side by Girard Street, on its Northwest side by Lots 243 through <br />246 of said Z. Williamson Third Addition, on its Northeast side by a <br />line running S. 440 58' E. from the most eastern corner of said Lot <br />No. 246 of the Z. Williamson Third Addition 8.7 feet to a point in the <br />Northwest line of Delmar Street, and on its Southeast side by said <br />Northwest line of Delmar Street. <br /> <br />Such portions of said streets and said alley have never been <br />constructed upon the ground, have never been used for any public pur- <br />pose and will not be used for any public purpose in the foreseeable <br />future. Therefore, it is to the interest of the public in general <br />
