<br />Annexation Ordinance <br />Page Two <br /> <br />14 June 1965 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />There is, however, excepted from this parcel of 8.97 <br />acres of land a strip of land 15 feet wide by 132 feet long <br />off the South end of said Lot.No. Two (2), the South side of which <br />excepted tract is the south line of said Lot No. Two (2); and this <br />excepted tract is 15 feet wide lying between parallel lines, the <br />south line of which is the south line of said Lot No. Two (2). <br /> <br />PARCEL TWO: A portion of Lot No. Three (3) of the above <br />mentioned G. B. Ezell subdivision, said portion being 2.6 feet in <br />width by 758 feet in length, off the southern or southwestern side <br />of said Lot No. Three (3), said side being the common line between <br />Lots Nos. Two (2) and Three (3) of said subdivision, and being the <br />same identical strip of land conveyed by and described in a deed <br />from Mrs. Eliza Ezell to Peter Vogelsang, dated November 25th, 1912, <br />and recorded in Vol. 62, pages 609-610, Hays County Deed Records, <br />which deed, with its said record, is here referred to and made a part <br />hereof. <br /> <br />PARCEL THREE: A part of Lot. No. Three (3) of the above <br />mentioned G. B. Ezell Subdivision, this tract and parcel being 130 <br />feet by 167 1/2 feet, out of the northwestern corner of said Lot <br />No. Three (3), and being the same identical tract of land conveyed <br />by and described in deed from N. K. Faris to Peter Vogelsang, dated <br />May 19, 1917, of record in Vol. 71, p. 554, of said Deed Records, <br />which deed, with its said record, is here referred to and made part <br />hereof for more particularly description of this tract. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The said three (3) parcels of real property conveyed <br />by this deed are identically that same real property conveyed by and <br />described in deed from James E. Morris and his wife, Lula U. Morris, <br />to M. W. George, dated November 12th, 1937, recorded in Vol. 115, <br />pages 492-494, Hays County Deed Records, and said deed, together <br />with its said record, is here referred to and made a part hereof <br />for descriptive and all other pertinent purposes. <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this the 14th day of June, A <br />1965 .
