<br />~~7 <br /> <br />PETITION <br /> <br />June~, 1965 <br /> <br />City Council, City of San Marcos <br />San Marcos, Texas <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Gentlemen: <br /> <br />You are hereby petitioned to declare abandoned, vacated and <br /> <br />closed the following described portions of streets located in the <br /> <br />City of San Marcos: (1) That portion of Center Street, as shown on <br /> <br />the map of the F. P. Dannelly Addition, the map of said addition <br /> <br />being of record in Volume "W", page 405, Hays County Deed Records, <br /> <br />as is bounded on its Northeast side by Lots Nos. Six (6) and Seven (7) <br /> <br />in Block No. Two (2) of said Dannelly Addition; on its Southeast <br /> <br />side by Elm Street; on its Southwest side by Lots Nos. 12 and 1 <br /> <br />of Block No. 5 of said Dannelly Addition; and on its Northwest side <br /> <br />by Cedar Street. (2) That portion of Blanco Street, as shown on <br /> <br /> <br />II said map of the Dannelly Addition, as is bounded on its Southwest <br /> <br /> <br />side by Lot 1 in Block 1 of said Dannelly Addition, by Elm Street <br /> <br />and by Lots Nos. 12 and 1 in Block No. 2 of said Dannelly Addition; on <br /> <br />its Northwest side by a line running N. 450 00' E. from tbe most North- <br /> <br />ern corner of Lot No. 1 in Block No. 2 of said Dannelly Addition for 10 <br /> <br />varas to a point in tbe Southwest line of Perkins Street; on its North- <br /> <br />east side by said Southwest line of Perkins Street; and on its Southeast <br /> <br />side by a line running N. 45000' E. from the most Eastern corner of <br /> <br />Lot No. 1 in Block No. 1 of said Dannelly Addition for 10 varas to a <br /> <br />point in the said Southwest line of Perkins Street. (3) That portion <br /> <br />of Center Street, as shown on said map of the Dannelly Addition, as is <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />bounded on its Southwest side by Lot No. 1 in Block No. 6 of said <br /> <br />Dannelly Addition; on its Northwest side by Elm Street; on its North- <br /> <br />east side by Lot No. 6 in Block No. 1 of said Dannelly Addition; and on <br /> <br />its Southeast side by a line running N. 450 E. from the most Eastern <br /> <br />corner of Lot No. 1 in Block No. 6 of said Dannelly Addition 14-1/6 <br />
