Designation of a deputy city secretary to act <br />during the absence of the regular city secretary. <br />2. Approval of a Resolution requesting the Atomic <br />Energy Commission to give favorable consideration <br />to Austin's application for "SmasherH. <br />3. Authorization to fi Ie a "Letter of Intent" for <br />funds under PL 89-117. <br />4.
