<br />f' ,- <br /> <br />.., <br /> <br />To The Honorable Mayor Of <br />San Marcos Ellis Serur; <br />ADd City Council Of San Marcos <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Whereas, the citizens of San Marcos have approved City improvements <br />thru Urban Renewal on a .ore than a a to one majority and, <br /> <br />Whereas, the city .ould find it extremely difficult financially to <br />affect needed improvements in the river project area without this <br />pror;ram and, <br /> <br />Whereas certain affected citizens have planned, sold and/or <br />made commitments for an orderly evacuation of property for project <br />purposes and, <br /> <br />Whereas, the Mayor after careful consideratiDn, exercised the Veto <br />of certain action taken at the retular meetinr; of the City COUBcil <br />on October 11, 19&5; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ~y the American G. I.
