Curbing is already in and the expense should not be <br /> <br />prohibitive. <br /> <br />This street is used by numerous individuals in order to make a turn- <br /> <br />around from the one-way highway. It is also used by people taking their <br /> <br />children to school. This does not include the traffic from residents on <br /> <br />Ebony street. The dust from this traffic makes it impossible to keep the <br /> <br />residences clean.
