We thank you for these efforts. <br /> <br />SMART passed two resolutions at the meeting that we wish you <br />would consider. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />First we would like to ask that free parking on meters be done <br />away with for Saturday afternoons. <br /> <br />And second, we request that-a one-hour parking limit be estab- <br />lished on existing meters (not on the new ones around the court <br />house square). <br /> <br />We feel that this would keep parking moving and make it more <br />convenient for everyone who visits the downtown business area. <br />Your considerations of these two matters will be appreciated. <br /> <br />Sincerely yours, <br />'~.fi>Lvtl /-lC. ~~1 <br />Tom Buckner <br />Secretary <br /> <br />I <br />
