<br />,~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, accepted an offer from <br />the United States Government for an advance for preparation <br />of planning documents pertaining to a public work described <br />as the construction of additional sanitary sewer improvements <br />under a planned program of development consonant with the <br />present and future needs of the city; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Isom H. Hale.& Associates was engaged to prepare the <br />planning documents for the aforesaid public work, and said <br />engineer has completed documents and submitted them for ap- <br />proval; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the completed planning documents have been care- <br />fully studied and are considered to comprise adequate plan- <br />ning of the public work essential to the corr@unity and within <br />the financial ability of the City of San Marcos, Texas to <br />construct: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, the govern- <br />ing body of said applicant, that the planning documents sub- <br />mitted by Isom H.
