<br />q <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, accepted an offer from <br />the United States Government for an advance for preparation of <br />planning documents pertaining to a public work described as the <br />construction of additional sanitary sewer improvements under a <br />planned program of development consonant with the present and <br />future needs of the city; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Isom H. Hale & Associates was engaged to prepare the <br />planning documents for the aforesaid public work, and said engin- <br />eer has completed documents and submitted them for approval; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the completed planning documents have been carefully stud- <br />ied and are considered to comprise ade~uate planning of the public <br />work essential to the community and within the financial ability <br />of the City of San Marcos, Texas, to construct: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, the govern- <br />ing body of said applicant, that the planning documents submitted <br />by Isom H. Hale & Associates as the basis for detailed planning <br />of the construction of additional sanitary sewer improvements dated <br />April, 1966, and the statements in Form CFA-Lf30, Re~uest for Re- <br />view and Approval of Planning Documents, in connection with Hous- <br />ing and Home Finance Agency Project No. P-Tex-32T3 be and the same <br />are hereby approved; and that certified copies of this resolution <br />be filed with the Housing and Home Finance Agency. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED this the ~day of July <br /> <br />, A.D., 1966. <br /> <br />.? <br /> <br />r:;;~ ~:C// <br /> <br />Ellis Serur, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />I <br />
