<br />I <br /> <br />:1 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />4. The Contractor shall spend no more than $38,201.00 in the <br />performance of this Contract. No more than the following amounts <br />may be spent for the following purposes, except that any of these <br />categories may be exceeded by 10% of the indicated figure: <br />(a) Personnel $ 21,537.00 <br />(b) Consultants and Contract <br />Services <br />(c) Travel <br />(d) Space Costs and Rental <br />(e) Consumable Supplies <br />(f) Rental, Lease or Purchase <br />of Equipment $ 1,564.00 <br />(g) Other $ 920.00 <br />5. The Contractor will contribute $3,882.00 toward payment of <br />the expenses described in Para. 4 above. Such contribution shall be <br />in cash in the amount of $ , and/or in kind in the amount of <br />$ 3,882.00. - <br />6. Subject to receipt of funds from the OEO, the Agency shall <br />make payment under this Contract in accordance with the following <br />method, such payment to be made upon presentation of a requisition <br />for payment by the Contractor. The requisition for payment shall in- <br />dicate the disposition of the amount requested by reference to the <br />categories of expenses listed in paragraphs 4 (a) through (g) above. <br />Upon receipt of requisition for payment from the Contractor, the <br />Agency will forward a check for the itemized amount requested. With- <br />drawals need not be made in equal amounts each time. The important <br />point is for the contractor to determine accurately how much cash <br />it needs for the next operating period (semi-monthly, bimonthly, or <br />quaterly) ~ and above the cash it has remaining on hand, and not <br />to draw in excess of this amount. A small contigency fund may be <br />kept on hand for emergencies, but this shall not exceed ten percent <br />of the total anticipated expenses for the operating period. It will <br />be required that all debts and obligations be liqUidated three calander <br />months after expiration of the grant. <br />7. It is expressly understood and agreed that in no event will <br />the total amount to be paid by the Agency to the Contractor under <br />this agreement exceed $34,319.00 for full and complete satisfactory <br />performance. <br />8. This Agreement is subject to and incorporates the attached <br />Part II, "Terms and Conditions Governing Contracts Between Community <br />Action Program Agency and Contractor for Conduct and Administration <br />of Community Action Program Component". <br />9. The Contractor agrees to assist the Agency in complying with <br />all of the "Conditions Governing Grants under Sections 204 and 205 of <br />the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964". <br />10.
