<br />\:C <br /> <br />STIlTE OF TEX4.S <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HIl.YS <br /> <br />, J1!air;r <br />THIS 4.GREEMENT made and entered into this \ ~ day of <br />[" . 1966. by and between Erik Ehrenborg 4.p aisal Company <br />. exas, Party of the First Part, and The County of Hays, <br />City f San Marcos. and the San Marcos Independent School District, <br />Party of the Second Part. <br /> <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WITNE3'''SETH~'i' <br /> <br />The party of the First Part agrees to fUrnish the party <br />of the Second Part the following services in, the methods of realty <br />valuations for taxation purposes of all taxable ,improvements and <br />lots and parcels of land within the limits of the paarty of the <br />Second Part. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />BUILDINGS 4.ND IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Party of the First Part agrees to measure and descri e <br />all buildings and improvements upon lots and parcels inside the <br />limits of the Party of the Sec~nd Part, applying factors of valuati n <br />and depreciation for each. based upon a normal cost of new repro- <br />duction of any years cost factor designated by Party of the Second <br />Part. with specific depreciation. if any. expressed in one percenta e <br />for consideration of mechanical deterioration. obsolescense, age and <br />lack of utility. Existing building cards will be used to check in <br />the fi~16 for additions and deletions prior to making a completely <br />new file. <br />Data and information of each building will be tabulated 0 <br />a permanent record card. showing size. class and kind, as well as al <br />pertinent data necessary in determining the valuation and depreciati n <br />of the structures as ascertained by local investigation. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />L4.ND <br /> <br />The party of the First Part agrees to furnish the seriice <br />of experts in land valuation methods. who will set lot or acreage <br />units on each street inside the limits of the party of the Second <br />Part. The organization will compute the valuation of all tracts <br />accurately. proportionately and truly. also taking into consideratio <br />contours of the land as well as depreciation for creeks, etc. <br /> <br />3. BUSINESS & PERSONIl.L PROPERTY..-1BDUSTRHL <br />PL4.NTS 4.ND PUBLIC UTILITIES: <br /> <br />The party of the First Part agrees to furnish the service <br />of experts in the valuation of all business, industrial and utilitie <br />and make an appraisal of same. It is expressly understood that this <br />contract will not include personal property in homes. automobiles. <br />cash, livestock. jewelry. stock and bonds or any intangible property. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />~: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The party of the First Part agrees to furnish the party <br />of the Second Part a complete aerial coverage set of the late,st fl~{I <br />maps. with survey lines sho...m and-major proprty' lineyis.'shown.
