.:5/ PETITION I September 6th , 1966. CITY COUNCIL CITY OF SAN MARCOS SAN MARCOS, TEXAS. Gen tlemen: You are hereby petitioned to declare abandoned, vacated and closed the following described portion of an alley located in the City of San Marcos, Texas: A portion of Block No. 21 in the Original Town of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, BEGINNING at an iron'stake found at the intersection of the South occupation line of Colorado Street and the West line of Lot No. Four (4) in said Block No. Twenty-one (21), such stake being located at the North- I west corner of said Lot No. Four (4) as well as at the Northeast corner of the portion of said alley hereby petitioned to be aband- oned, vacated and closed; THENCE leaving the said South occupa- tion line of Colorado Street and, with the West line of said Lot No. Four (4), S. 80 42' E. 82.50 feet to an iron stake found for the Southwest corner of said Lot No. Four (4) and the Southeast corner of the portion of said alley hereby petitioned to be aband- oned, vacated and closed; THENCE S. 810 IS' W. 16.67 feet to an iron stake found for the Southeast corner of Lot No. Five (5) in said Block No. Twenty-one (21) and the Southwest corner of the I portion of said alley hereby petitioned to be abandoned, vacated and closed; THENCE with the East line of said Lot No. Five (5) N. 80 42' W. 82.50 feet to an iron stake set at the intersection of said South occupation line of Colorado Street and the East line of said Lot No. Five (5) for the Northeast corner of said Lot No. Five (5) and the Northwest corner of the portion of said alley
