I I I \:3 deed, with warranty, conveying the following described real proper- ty to the City of San Marcos: A portion of Lot No. Four (4) in Block No. Twenty-one (21) of the Original Town of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, as well as being a portion of that real prop- erty conveyed by deed from Mamie Wade and husband, C. C. Wade, et al., to J. F. Storey and R. T. Storey, said deed being dated March 20th, 1929, and recorded in Volume 98, page 149, Hays County Deed Records: BEGINNING at an iron stake set at the intersection of the West occupation line of Water Street and the South occu- pati~n line of Colorado Street for the Northeast corner of said Lot No. Four (4), and also the Northeast corner of the tract of land which we hereby agree to convey to said City; THENCE leav- ing said South occupation line of Colorado Street and going with the said West occupation line of Water Street, S. 80 42' E. 83.33 feet to an iron stake set in the Southeast corner of said Lot No. Four (4), the Northeast corner of Lot No. Three (3) in said Block No. Twenty-one (21) and the Southeast corner of the tract of land which we hereby agree to convey to said City; THENCE leaving said West occupation line of Water Street and go- ing with the South line of said Lot No. Four (4), and the North line of said Lot No. Three (3), S. 810 15' W. 16.67 feet to an iron stake set for the Southwest corner of the tract of land which we hereby agree to convey to said City; THENCE, leaving said South line of said Lot No. Four (4), N. 80 42' W. 83.28 feet to an iron stake set on said South occupation line of Colo- rado Street and the North line of said Lot No. Four (4) for the Northwest corner of a tract of land which we hereby agree to convey to said city; THENCE, with said South occupation line of Colorado Street, N. 81004' E.16.67 feet to the place of beginning.
