I I I /1;:; STATE OF TEXAS CITY OF SAN MARCOS THIS AGREEMENT MADE AND'ENTERED INTO on this the 15th day of March, 1967, by and between the City of San Marcos, a j;>olitical subdivision of the State of Texas, acting by and through its Mayor, hereinafter called Lessor, and Bob L. crutchfield, Pres- identof Longhorn School of Aviation, Inc. hereinafter called Lessee. Part I. Lessor for the considerations, hereinafter set out, does ,hereby lease, rent, let, and demise unto Lessee the following described land, buildings, and facilities in con- juction therewith located in Caldwell County, Texas, on what is conunonly known as the Camp Gary Airport, as said airport tract is more fully described in the deed between said City of San Marcos and the United States of America, dated February 15, 1966, to wit: BEGINNING at a point, said point being call No. 2l in the field notes of the original deed from the United States of America to City of San Marcos as recorded in Vol. 313 Page 463 of the Caldwell County Deed Records. THENCE s25027'E,1l0.60' to point of beginning of said tract, continuing a total distance of 375.85 feet to an iron stake; THENCE S49046'W, 183.40 feet to an iron stake; THENCE S40037'E 328.3 feet,to a point marked by a nail in the southeast side of asphalt road; THENCE N87002'E, 204.20 feet to a point; THENCE N2045'W, 368.55 feet to a point lieing on the edge of the cpncrete apron, countinuing 250.00 feet for a total of 618.55 feet to the most northerly corner of said tract; THENCE S8700Q'W, 357.0 feet to the point of beginning of said tract. . Said tract including two buildings and a portion of the ramp tie-down area, together with the use of all utilities on said leased premises as well as the rights of ingress and egress in, on and across said airport property ,and' the roads, str,eets, runways, and other ways located on said land.
