He said: "We ..rge you to acu <br />quire a site as soon as possible We cannot proceed <br />with a design unti I we have a site. We cannot apply <br />for federal funds to assist with the improvement <br />program unti I we can present a design." The City <br />Manager recommended that the selection be left to the <br />Land Committee. Mr. Damon moved that the Land Acquis' <br />ition Committee be authorized to negotiate, with the <br />assistance of A.N.
